About

Carlo Ferrero builds products and researches how AI keeps track of an organization's decisions. His work on epistemic memory records which decisions still hold, which have changed, where documents disagree, and which questions remain unanswered.

He is Co-founder of Project Oida and Head of Product at Kakashi Ventures Accelerator (KVA), and a co-author of “Retrieval Is Not Enough: AI for Organizations Needs Epistemic Infrastructure” (arXiv:2604.11759), which introduces the OIDA epistemic-memory architecture.

He studies how AI finds information and uses it to answer questions. OIDA connects records so the system can follow changes and disagreements across documents. He is based in Turin, Italy.
