Carlo Ferrero builds products and researches how AI keeps track of an organization's decisions. His work on epistemic memory records which decisions still hold, which have changed, where documents disagree, and which questions remain unanswered.

He is Co-founder of Project Oida and Head of Product at Kakashi Ventures Accelerator (KVA), and a co-author of the paper “Retrieval Is Not Enough: AI for Organizations Needs Epistemic Infrastructure” (arXiv:2604.11759), which introduces the OIDA epistemic-memory architecture. He is based in Turin, Italy.
